“Staff was extremely accommodating after a power outage resulted in a booking that shouldn’t have been allowed to go through. They were amazing in accommodating a lake checkout and went above and beyond.”

“저희는 코튼우드핫스프링 온천을 하러 2시간 30분 달려갔는데 진짜 시골마을이예요 ㅋㅋ마트는 하나 시티마트라고 먹을건 어느정도 챙겨가세요. 레스토랑도 별로없어요;; 호텔이 오래되서 조금 지저분해보이는데 그럭저럭 잘만했어요;;; 참고로 객실에 먼지가 한가득... 저는 잠만자고 나왔어요. 참고로 아침식사는 사진과 달리 나름 괜찮았음 기대를 안해서 그런지 만들어먹는 와플은 꿀맛 ㅎ”

“Stayed in the airstream for one evening as we passed through Salida. Great staff, clean room and the shared bathrooms were also spotless. Quirky, great place to stay. Really enjoyed it. ”

“The rooms were excellent, clean and updated. It’s a bit away from downtown but easily drivable in just a couple minutes. The people at the desk and running the place were amazing and kind and helpful. The hot tub was great. Loved it. ”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool was a bonus, warm and relaxing, not cold like most hotel pools. It’s a not in the downtown area. I chose this hotel because it is a short walk to a coffee shop, a brewery, and the Hot Springs Aqua Center.”

“This is a retro hotel that has been kept up very nicely. Yes old fashioned, but Yes, clean, safe, cute. Window box flowers. Spacious room and totally tiled bathroom - I mean totally tiled, everywhere except ceiling - so cute. We will stay here again next year. Parking close to room, very nice staff. Walking distance to restaurants.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful at checkin and throughout our three day stay. We saw the cleaning crew constantly working to keep the hotel in perfect condition, inside and out. We did laundry and the machines work well. ”

“James checked me in and put a smile on my face just by being friendly. The room is great and parking is convenient. The AC works, it just needed an hour to get cranking. There's a cool stream nearby. The area is walkable; James recommended Fridas, an excellent Mexican restaurant about 3-4 blocks up the road. Great margaritas and tacos and excellent salsa, an easy walk. The trolley that moves people around town has a stop right here. The wifi is a little slow - but you're in Durango, go outside!”
