"Package we purchased: Cabana with Beach Club was totally misrepresented. From Check-In throughout our stay, staff were very nice however untrained on the amenities included in our package. Wrong description of room ( not on the sand, no view, public walkway in front of the room. Ocean water toxic, can’t swim or touch water, sand as well. Serious consequences if used. Never told this was the case by the Hotel! Room only cleaned once in 4 days, when we called! Parking permit never issued. Manager requested to discuss this horrible situation, She never Responded. Don’t waste your money on this resort."
