"Room was very big we were up graded for free bit disappointed with the stains on carpet and dust on skirting board near the bed Stayed before and was a lot nicer in the room just a bit more eye for detail needed not cheep for one night and would exspected to be perfect"

"If you’re looking for the best hotel in Liverpool that is local to the stadium, this is the one. I travelled from London for a football match and booked this hotel for the weekend. Staff are caring, breakfast was good! The rooms are well maintained. It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you so much :)"

"Long wait to check in only one receptionist . This is an old hotel that is trying to survive on the bare minimum..would not recommend it. It is a dump. I was overcharged $900 for one night still trying to get it back."
