"I didn’t stay. After seeing 2 of the rooms and noticing how terrible they smelled and how dirty they were I never checked in. The hotel showed a 7.4 on the Expedia site but that hotel should not have even been a zero. I will dispute the “no show” charge if it appears on my credit card bill."

"It's a functional hotel. The staff is helpful. The room we were put in had some issues (fridge was totally dead, A/C didn't work very well, light in the bathroom flickered). They offered to move us to a new room but we didn't realize the AC couldn't keep up until overnight so we declined to change rooms for the fridge issue. So it's a case of "there may be some issues but the staff is very helpful in trying to fix things for you." I was given a couple of discount cards but they have to be used for that specific hotel and I don't foresee us returning to the area anytime soon."

"Th staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The owners, however, were terrible. I booked a room for four people (2 adults, 2 teens). In the room there were only 2 towels. We went to the desk and got two more with no issues. The next evening we got back to the hotel and our room hadn't been cleaned. No big deal but we needed more towels. Again I went to the desk but this time only the owner was on duty. It took me a while to rouse her from a nap I assume and then it was like I was asking for the keys to her car. She followed me to the room to get my dirty towels to make an even exchange. We were checking out the next morning and it could have waited. No one is going to try to steal their worn out stain riddled towels anyway. When I went to check out this morning I was met with the same 'winning' personality again. She was very rude and short even though all I needed to do was to had her my key cards. I like this hotel and the price but the owners are an issue. Just their attitude alone will make me check other hotels in the area when I'm back."
