โIncredible hospitality! We were staying for a friends wedding at the venue and the team could not do enough for you. We arrived early morning and asked if we could leave our cases whilst we headed into Bangor - within seconds the receptionist and housekeeping manager were scouting out which rooms were readily available - we were given an upgraded room and able to check in immediately.
On our first morning of breakfast, my partner asked the waiting staff if it would be possible to get some...
โA lovely stay, a warm welcome and smooth checkin. An extensive breakfast menu. I had a freshly prepared Ulster Fry and a very tasty omelette in the end ..... it was tricky to choose! We were weekend stayers, so being so close to the shore and it's wonderful coastal path as well as it being only a short stroll into Bangor for the best bars with wonderful live music. Perfect โ

โThis is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast.
From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!! โ
โ1 nights stay for a birthday treat along with a beautiful evening meal and breakfast. Everything was fantastic from the room to the food and service. Have done 2 tea days previously in the Observatory so we were glad to finally be able to stay for the night. โ
โThe lady at the reception was super welcoming and guided me to the landmarks on the tourist map..the room initially did not have a refrigerator but one was provided the very next day..the breakfast was adequate and I had it on 2 days..eggs to order and possibly some Asian/ Indian options would have been nice...the hotel is in a quiet quarter and the biggest plus being its proximity to the Grand Station..had a comfortable 5 day stay..the toilet could do with a toilet brush for general hygiene..โ
โlocation of the hotel is great. cozy beds and service also very good. but low rate rooms doesnโt seem to include services we often expect from hotels.(like admenties, waters, etc) Also selection of breakfast isnโt much but you can add 2pounds for upgrades. I didnโt upgrade mine because i loved the way it was.โ
