“The internet in our room was very poor and worked intermittently. The breakfast did not have any hot items, even the waffle maker was turned off. The breakfast eating area was cold and we had to leave our coats buttoned up.”

“The room was clean. The staff was courteous and helpful . The included breakfast was very delicious and adequate. Parking was easy and accessible. The location is super convenient. I strongly recommend this place to any traveler.”

“It was inexpensive, which is what we were going for. Beds were comfortable. Had the typical hotel breakfast. Rooms were not very clean. Rooms show signs of neglect. Hallways hadn’t been cleaned.”

“The property was obviously older and in need of some upgrade work However, the mgt and/or staff "seemed" to be trying hard to improve things. Also he drove down from an offsite location to do a late check-in for us. All the amenities were functional, the main thing I observed was subpar cleanliness of some items (towels, bedding, etc.). I'm guessing either they are having trouble obtaining sufficient staff, or perhaps the manager is trying to do the work alone. So couldn't call it my "first...

“The house served our purpose well. They beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The back porch and grounds could use a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. It was very close to all the attractions near Cortez.”

“We had a relaxing, clean, and comfortable stay in Cortez. The proximity to Mesa Verde and Hovenweep was a big bonus. The owners of the casita were terrific to work with. We would stay here again!”

“Great place to rest! Very comfy”
