“Staff were helpful and friendly. I loved the steep staircase! Breakfast was nourishing for a day out in Amsterdam!”

“One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were professional, friendly, always happy to help and go over and above what is required. I would definitely recommend.”

“The reception staff were always very helpful and polite. I'm really surprised that Expedia advertise and allow its customers to use this property. Our room was tiny. The shower was within the same tiny space as the toilet so when you showered the toilet got soaked.”

“It was terrible except location. First of all, they charged hotel price twice. Later I complainted to Holtel.com but I have not refund until now. Price was 169 euro per 1 night but they charged twice when I booked and while I slept at that hotel at night. My room was garret without elevator so I had to carry my big luggages using only steep stair. and Parking lot was very far from the hotel. It took around 20 minute on foot. If I had known about room facility(garret, no elevator to room) I...

“The location of hotel was good. I had a canal view which was great in the morning. Staffs were all very nice, they were always kindly informed me about spots that I should visit. Bathroom was very clean to use.”
