“My kids really enjoyed the place. There was a small game room with claw machines that made it easy for them to win prizes. The outdoor fire pits were nice because they ran on propane and weren’t smoky so the kids could make s’mores. The breakfast was sufficient. Plenty of variety. The indoor hot tub was a bit too loud and the jets shot up at you, but overall relaxing enough. The outdoor pool was refreshing, but a a little small when there was 10-12 full grown adults in it. “I took my boys to the cape for a few days and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the resort. Beds were clean and comfy. Breakfasts were good. The pools were open and fun and there was a hot tub. It was close to everything and there was an ice cream shop within walking distance that we visited two nights in a row. Great stay! ”

“The Hyannis Inn is located right on Main St in Hyannis! You can walk to local shops and restaurants! I let them know I needed a first floor room and they were very accommodating! My husband and I have been staying at this Inn for 40 years! It has changed ownership in those 40 years, but is still enjoyable”

“The bed was a bit soft but worked out. Cooked often Shaw’s Food mart was good close, needed all kitchen utensils so bring everything with you, pots pans, silver, cups, glasses, storage, we donated ours to others staying there and leftover food. ”

“Really cute place with great views of the bay! Comfortable bed, nice shower! Some amenities are visibly worn and old but it adds to a homey motel feel! Very walkable and cute lobby with welcoming and accommodating staff! ”
