โWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful and friendly, accommodating even tricky requests (like early morning breakfasts before we left the last day, etc.) There are several pools, the larger pool was awesome for kids with sunny and shady spots. The swim up "adults only" pool was heated and so lovely.โ

โUnfriendly staff, room charges not permitted for restaurants or lobby purchases. Arrived at 3pm for check in, did not have a room till 5:30pm. Had lunch and dinner at the restaurant, and breakfast next morning at the cafรฉ: waited more than an hour and a half for food on all three occasions. For dinner: ordered one cheese pizza, took almost 2 hours and showed up raw in the middle. They brought it back 40min later, still raw in the middle having just been broiled on top. โClean room, nice pool, and close to some good restaurants and the San Ignacio marketplace. Easy to hop across the street and get a few snacks or groceries from the grocery store. Staff was flexible and you can pre-order your breakfast the night before on site if you are planning an early tour. Only downside was staying the second food room facing front (hotel guests and nighttime swimmers were a bit loud for someone like me who needed to get to bed early). โ

โOur stay at Ocean Tides was great! The Sea view from our balcony on the 2nd floor was amazing. Tula and her staff were fantastic and accommodating to any request. Our room was updated, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect, close to town and walkable to restaurants and nightlife along Boca Del Rio.โ
