"I planned on using The $25 VIP reward I was supposed to get on breakfast so I went to the restaurant at 8:50am and was told that they were going to stop serving breakfast at 9am “So sorry” but I could order room service. When I checked it out the elevated costs for that service was total BS. $12 for a cup of coffee??? "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last 20+ years, and unfortunately this time my stay was disappointing. The hotel overall is in need of some repairs, for example replacing or painting over dirty wallpaper in the lobby near the elevator. My room was in sore need of repainting and deep cleaning as well.
