“Very easy”

“Nice welcome at reception. Clean warm room. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good although a few items weren’t available as we went down to breakfast at 0950 on Sunday morning. ”

“Beautiful property but the whole building is uneven, floors have big dips in them, the stairs are on a slant and so is the landing so quite dangerous for anyone with balance problems. No washing machine either!”

“The property we stayed in was NOT the property I booked. This was changed only an hour before we were due to get in. The property we stayed in was below par and not ready - there was wet paint and it smelled of paint throughout. This WAS NOT worth the money spent. The communication for changing properties was shoddy: a text message with NO explanation. Not good.”
