“The hotel and staff were great. Our only issue really was that although you get early entry into the park, alot of the rides don't open until later in the day which means there's not a lot to do with smaller kids who aren't going on the skylion. The evening buffet is nice but also expensive and not really worth it for families with picky eater kids”

“재미있는 호텔입니다. 윈저에서는 가장 좋습니다. 레스토랑의 경치가 좋습니다. 객실로 가는 길은 불편하지만 그것이 재미있습니다.”

“Good condition with friendly staffs. Great location to the mall”

“We had a wonderful stay, the staff were so welcoming and helpful from arrangements for our arrival and right throughout our stay.”

“Clean rooms, friendly staff, amazing breakfast.”

“Almost everything was great. The room was spacious and decorated well. The communal areas were lovely, as was the food. There is a bit of maintenance needed in the pool/steam room & sauna area and it’s cold in the corridor to the steam room and sauna. It’s a shame that the jacuzzi has been filled in.”

“We has a last minute night away. The hotel was fine. Some of the common areas and restaurant was were dusty and not clean. There was building work going on that was noisy. The breakfast was terrible. Cold.”

“The room was clean but the place is starting to show it's age. Needs new beds and a lick of paint. Otherwise It was good.”
