We had an ocean view room with a balcony. The view was spectacular and the balcony had enough privacy and room for both of us to sit and enjoy the air. Wow just wow! We’ve recently returned from a ten day trip and loved every minute of it. From the beginning the hotel was very accommodating. They provided a proper cot, mattress, duvet and pillow for our one year old and even left a cuddly toy for him which was a lovely touch. I’d asked to be put in a quiet area by the pool which we were. It was nicely refurbished with new beds and nice wide mattresses. Everyone very nice and friendly.

Amazing hotel, 8 pools, shows every night, very nice rooms. What we didn’t like is that we had to commit 180€ from the pool bar for using the pool bed and they charge 2€ Just for calling the waitress. But overall 5* !!

Wonderful stay for my husband and I as well as out 2 young children. Very memorable vacation! Resort has excellent service, friendly and professional staff. Staff at the spa were not so friendly but otherwise excellent experience!

Great place to stay with young children. Clean, convenient amenities in and outside the suites, great parking, had many restaurants and shops walking distance from hotel. Would definitely stay here again

Great Family Hotel

Second year running at this wonderful hotel right on the promenade. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing with a fantastic selection of food for all tastes. Brilliantly located, left to the marina with shops and restaurants and right to Playa Blanca shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Spent 10 days with our son & wife and grandson. Hotel is Very family oriented. All of the staff very friendly. Food was excelent and plenty to eat. All inclusive is the way to go. Would recomend this hotel to ANYONE. Weather at the time we were there was incredible, for the first part of Jan, 2016. Swam in the pools and in the ocian. Tenerife Island was awesome. Was excellent was really close to everything brilliant location especially if your young right in the middle of everything you could want water sports nights out food shops over all the hotel was amazing everyone was berry helpful and friendly and being someone who's Spanish is very bad they were able to help me so much. I' ve been to this resort with my boyfriend a few days for his birthday. We had a very pleasant stay, above our expectations. The staff was very kind and attentive, they helped us book a few trips Location was a short walk from everything and the room was modern and comfortable. The apartment had everything you need, cable TV, air conditioning, microwave, daily cleaning, refrigerator and balcony. The adult area was quiet and had lot of sunbeds. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this place to all.

The best hotel that I’ve ever been ! Such an amazing stay. The outdoor area were splendid, swimming pool was huge, rooms were clean, spacious and charming. And mostly the breakfast and dinner were outstanding !
