"The shuttle drive was easy to locate, pleasant and friendly. I arrived off early 6 am flight, I was dissatisfied that although my room was ready, I had to pay 40 dollars to access it before noon. Also hotel site says 24 hr check in? So why charge more? That's not ethical, same when my onward flight departed midnight, extra 40 dollars for late check out, but hotel did not have any incoming booking. Staff very helpful. "Beautiful, upgraded room. Amazingly friendly staff, who were so knowledgeable about the history of the hotel and helpful for providing recommendations. Stunning, historical hotel with many little perks. It all made my stay perfect. Loved this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat!"
