“From the moment we arrived till we checked out this hotel delivered. Lovely welcome on arrival, spacious clean room. Comfortable bed, handy fridge, sofa. Delicious buffet breakfast. My preferred eggs were not in the buffet but asked and they were provided no problem. Evening meal was delicious too. Waiting staff very pleasant and helpful. Spa facilities were great. “This accommodation is located within ten-minute walk from the Preston rail station. There is a famous park nearby. Fancy restaurant 'Aven' was also in the hotel. The staff was kind, and everything there was very clean. It has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms enough for two of us. The most fantastic thing was that the speed of wifi was great. I was happy while staying there. ”

“Man on desk polite. Surprised when told our room was in another building, next to hotel. Freezing cold initially as heater just coming warm. Strange smell in the room, however clean sheets and fresh towels available. Room needs painting as lots of marks everywhere. Tea and coffee avaiable in the room. Very basic room, probably right for the money we paid. Would not stay again”
