“Very large, clean and comfortable room. Staff were outgoing and attentive to any of our needs. I was hoping for a more authentic castle experience, but furnishings were basic and a bit worn out. The restaurant service was slow due to under-staffing, but the staff were all friendly and engaging and the food was good. Overall, a comfortable stay, but don't expect much of an experience.”

Cela ne passe que par des emails et ce jour-là il y avait une panne informatique mondiale, dont une panne avec mes emails. Je n'ai donc jamais reçu la procédure à suivre. “The outside of the hotel was nice but the inside was dirty. The staff was not friendly at check in. The bed was super uncomfortable and the pillows were hard as a rock. The breakfast area was unclean and the food was just okay. When we were at breakfast the maid had opened our room and did not close our door!
