“Check in was good. Overall cleanliness was good. Issues, no hot water. Wasn't able to switch rooms, was told because room order thru 3rd party. Didn't realize room was for handicap. Shower had a bench that proved to be more in the way then helpful. Elevator broke making it difficult to have to climb stairs 3 floors up. ”

“The rooms are clean and spacious with interesting decor. The location is close enough to casino to be convenient, and barbecue restaurants are super close by. The only problem we had was that our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. I have a feeling that's lingering from days gone by and hard to fix, but it was noticeable. Also, people should know that coffee maker is included, but no cream or sugar, so bring your own. AND bring your own hairdryer.”

“Staff did not accommodate me and my guest after us paying for the room. They wanted additional $199 to stay. So I went to another hotel a whole lot cheaper. So the lady did not help us out at all. I had the receipt of payment $103 so this is a Loss to me. I come to Gainesville a lot and stay one to two nights. “Quiet, restful sleep. Amenities include a gas station nearby. There is a donut shop in the nearby town. Hotel is directly off the freeway--easy access.”

“I had a late check-in and I felt like the front desk girl was literally waiting for me and I was so grateful! The room was large and well appointed and sparkling clean! Breakfast was hot (or cold as needed) and it was all clean and inviting! Thank you for a lovely stay! Highly recommend!!”
