“The best ever! Everything is perfect! My only complaint is the beach, in June has a lot of seaweeds but is not the hotel’s fault , they tried to clean everything but it was too much. ”

“Loved the overall customer service and friendly staff! Also loved how serene and peaceful the property was. My only complaint will be that there is no music at the pool. To make it more lively, music or a DJ would be nice—and even some pool activities. Maybe I missed the activities by the pool.”

“Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...
