“Beautiful property! The staff was very accommodating and very nice. Our room was fresh and clean on arrival, which was a plus for me! We LOVED the pool. Whoever designed it, was very intelligent! All the food was delicious and the bars were just what we needed for our relaxed vacation! We will definitely visit again in the future.”

“Before anything, I have to mention the staff at JOIA. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming and that made the trip so much more enjoyable. Our butlers Danilo and Edward were lovely and constantly gave us daily updates with everything happening each day with hours of the restaurants. They were always asking if we needed anything and decorated our room for us (we were on our honeymoon). Maria our concierge was also very sweet and personally reached out to make sure everything was going smoothly....

“This place is spectacular!!! Gifted my parents a trip for their 50th anniversary. The service was A+. From the pickup at the airport to the service at the hotel even picking up my parents from their room in a golf cart since the hotel is HUGE! The airport service pickup was in contact with me to ensure my parents were okay, they are older so they get a little concerned being at a place they have never visited before. The food was heaven, everything! I recommended this hotel 100%”
