“Pools were great. cleaning crew were great. enjoyed the shows (silent party, retro dance and karaoke night) Food was sometimes bland and not fresh. Our toilet bowl had a leak at the bottom. Some staff were rude to us, cannot even apologize when they told us taxi/food is gonna arrive in x minutes but then end up arriving much later. ”

“Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...

“The Royal resort was amazing due to having the luxury of having no kids on your side, but also being able to visit the amenities on their side and the restaurants. The beach was beautiful. The restaurants were good. The only thing they need to do is finish it up renovating the rooms in this resort will be a 10 out of 10. Victor professional driver is 11/10”

“The hotel was beautiful pools were lovely food was great I was not happy that the buffet was not open at night for dinner especially when one of the 4 restaurants was closed each night making it hard to get a reservation. It was not busy so that helped . One nice thing was the booze was all top shelf Overall a very nice resort just not happy with good situation”
