“No wardrobe space in hotel room”

“Very nice hotel good location & pleasant staff”

“I went for business trip. So I didn't experienced the Casino and around of the Hotel. I think this hotel is good at for short travel. The room is clean, bathroom is convient for shower. Free Wifi can be used for 2 computer/room. However the eating included in dinner and breakfast in the hotel is normal.”

“A convenient self-catering apartment close to the beach. A lovely welcome by the woman on reception and the cleaning staff also very nice. Kitchen area was well-equipped and the bathroom had a bath and shower. Bedroom was spacious. Only down-side was hearing the person in the apartment above us stomping around through the floor-boards! But I guess this is normal for a victorian building. Overall, very satisfied.”

“The hotel was in a great location. The airport bus stopped about 10 minutes walk away. Marks and Spencer’s, local shops, esplanade and theatre are all within walking distance. The hotel offers a good breakfast and the rooms are a good size.”

“Hotel very clean , when staff were around they were helpful, Location is good for views and although a bus stop fairly close it’s a good 15 min walk to pubs/ restaurants shops”

“The Room was on the top floor and was very clean. The lift help us get to our room. The staff friendly and was interested in engaging with the guests. We took breakfast each morning which had a good selection of cereals, Bread Cheeses and cold meats. the cooked breakfast was very good. Just a short walk from Douglases High street but also right on the sea front. We had a fantastic 6 day here and I would recommend it to anyone. The free food and Soft drinks in the fridge was a nice touch and was...

“Lovely hotel with very helpful staff”

“The property was in an ideal location for all the Bowling Greens used for the Isle of Man Bowls Festival. Only 5 minutes walk to the local Tesco and 10 minutes to the sea front. The apartment was clean and comfortable with no noise from the other apartments in the building. When staying in the apartments you have use of the restaurant and bar in the sister hotel which us 2 minutes walk away. I would recommend to family and friends”

“The hosts, staff, position and breakfast were excellent. They fostered an atmosphere of welcoming, sharing, community. Exceptional part of our travels!”

“The location was beautiful on the sea front and near the electric train. We rented a car for one day and we were easily able to find parking in front of the building. We didn’t eat breakfast at King’s House as we were busy in the mornings. We got fresh towels each day and a fresh supply of cookies and tea. The staff were eager to help with whatever you needed.”

“The rooms are clean, the staff are fantastic and their breakfast is wonderful.”

“Great place to stay in Peel. Stayed only one night, but looked like it could be a nice central spot to stay for the south part of the island for several days.”

“Great location and very friendly staff. They were so helpful and accommodating.”

“Great location in Ramsey opposite the coast. Plenty of parking. Room clean tidy and basic. Bed comfy. Shower powerful and hot. Breakfast bog standard and not very hot, no notification on when served (well I failed to see this nothing in room to tell me the times) so a young server was about to start putting away the breakfast when I’d got down at 09:20. Hotel is still run by majority of youngsters who I wish would learn to smile, make eye contact and hold conversation with visitors. Some you...
