“Staff was quite rude and dont speak English very well beds are super uncomfortable and rooms SMALL!!! Food and drinks are priced double what it should be but the kids LOVED it so it's worth it in the end but be prepared to pay $200 more than what's stated on expedia when you get there "resort fee"”

“This is such a huge place. It was really difficult to kind of find everything especially our room. However, after a while, we were able to get the hang of it. The rooms were clean. The beds were kinda hard. The bathroom is small. The water parks were fun. The people were nice overall we had a nice visit.”

“We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit without a balcony. Not sure if this size units have balconies or not. There was a door in our unit connecting it to another one and we could hear the other guests talking and their TV. Our unit was clean, bed was comfortable but the pull out couch was not comfortable. Small kitchen had an ice maker and all the basics you would need. Our unit did not look like the ones in the pictures! We went in all the pools and hot tubs. The jets did not work in most of the hot...

“Cozy and conveniently located in a quiet community close to the national park as. Very clean and organized. Had a good stock of basic amenities, and our family really appreciated all the kitchen equipment and the washer/dryer. The TV in the front room had an issue but it sounded like none of the other guests had notified the property owner about it yet so they didn't know to fix it. ”

“Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug.”
