“Great location. Plenty of options for food.”

“The staff needs to be more concerned and trained better. Also it’s ok to say you do not know something and ask for help. Instead of giving the wrong answer and making guests waist their time.”

“The outdoor pool, patio, and bar were closed during our stay. The indoor pool was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We had two rooms booked -one room was very nice and clean while the other room had broken doors, stained bedding and shower curtains, the lock on the patio door didn’t lock which was discouraging when younger children were with us. The restaurant food was average. The staff were helpful and accommodating.”

“We loved having the shuttle to take us back and forth to the boardwalk. All the drivers were amazing! The property is a little gem, its amenities are great and my kids had a blast. The rooms are a little outdated, could use some remodeling. My recommendation would be to get rid of carpet in the rooms and to update the shower heads at the very least. Overall very great little resort, comfortable, and super fun!”

“I stayed at the Plim Plaza Hotel for a vacation in Ocean City, and while the location was great, almost everything else about this hotel was disappointing. First, the room was extremely small — so small there wasn’t even a chair or table to sit and eat at. Since the weather during our trip was horrible, we ended up stuck inside more than expected, which made the tiny room feel even worse. “Location location location, right on the boardwalk near Jolly Roger’s and lots of restaurant choices! Staff were very nice! Two pools, both on the small side but nice atmosphere! Con was only one elevator so easier to just take the steps! Rooms were clean but very dated!”

“We reserved front ocean view. It was a very nice location to watch air show. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a bit older so you do see wear and tear but it was clean. Great for a few days with small frig and coffeemaker.”

“UP SIDE: The staff were nice and helpful. They accommodated one of our two requests. The renovations are decent. Love having a kitchenette! Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Beds are on the hard side, but oddly I didn’t wake up stiff or sore from them and good fluffy pillows. DOWN SIDE: Toilet was not cleaned at all under the seat. I was going to add a photo of this, but decided no one wants to see that 😝Some towels were stained. Not enough luggage carts. Lots of marijuana smells...
