“Well presented hotel, but once you go beyond surface level it really isn't good enough to justify the money or the 5* rating Despite what they claim, none of the pools are heated, so its pretty cold with the sea breeze. The food is below average, little variety and its poor quality mass produced slop. The a la carte restaurants are a bit better, but overall you would really expect the food to be a lot better. Bit of an unpleasant first impression with security guard deciding whether he would let us in - travelling with my 16 year old and had confirmation that he was welcome but that information apparently never reached the gate. “One particular evening bar staff was rude and he threw my drink into my cup numerous times, with a terrible attitude. Wost service we have ever received. (Main evening bar, not the piano bar staff who were lovely). Would never return based on how awful that one staff member was.”
