The owner takes a deposit and then makes up excuses to pay as little as possible (flexible arrival, linen fee, etc.), and despite an initially favorable offer, it ends up being quite a hefty sum. The photos show a beautiful, clean house. In reality, it's old, neglected, and cluttered. I don't recommend it. Avoid."
