“A great travel experience with a friendly and courteous staff.”

“Beautifully restored and historic property with wonderful staff and very well located.”

“The Jefferson Hotel is truly a treasure. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.”

“숙소는 깔끔하고 넓어서 아주 좋았습니다. 근처 거리들도 조용해서 잘 쉬다가 갔어요. 다만 식당에서 식사를 하려는데 응대가 너무 늦어 아쉬웠습니다. ”

“The staff were very helpful and considerate, the rooms were clean, parking was sufficient. I thought the bed was too hard. The thermostat did not work in our room which we did not know until our second night when we needed heat. The staff was willing to offer another room, but we decided we just needed a couple of more blankets and did fine. Nice place to stay and close to everything.”

“Thanks”

“The service here was excellent. I was there for a wedding and the front desk staff helped me on a few occasions. Great people!”

“Front desk and bistro team are top notch. I go here every time I visit. If a good night rest is important with 5 star follow up this is the place in Richmond.”
