“Limited breakfast. Almost finished by 9:30 am”

“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“My husband and I stayed for 10 nights. Absolutely enjoyed! Met a lot of nice people, from Trinidad and Tobago. We were there over Easter weekend, and school holidays. Oceanfront, all rooms! Location is the best, turtle beach. Saw a turtle dropping her eggs on the beach ! This is a 3*, but the staff definitely add a star. “I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I arrived around 6 PM and almost everything was already closed, which was frustrating after a long day of traveling. The gift shop was supposed to open the next day, but it never did, leaving guests with no place to even grab basic necessities. The food was honestly terrible and the menu options were extremely limited. On top of that, most of the staff outside of the front desk were not helpful or welcoming at all. “It was an okay stay. Wifi did not work so I had to leave the resort to actually work on my laptop. Not very many dining options except for the Waves restaurant. No telephone in my room. When asked at the front desk the agent said she did not know why. Property needs some updating. Once updated I might visit again.”
