“This is a very nice hotel with spacious, well-kept suites. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel (Tides) is actually very good. There was only one odd quirk. When we arrived in our suite, we found that the bath gel dispenser was completely empty. Although we made three requests to the desk and guest services, and were promised that they would take care of the issue, we were never able to get the soap refilled. “Toilet wasn't clogged but wouldn't flush right our main door had a half inch gap in the corner of it had to put a towel in front of it to keep the bugs out air conditioner worked but looked like it was falling out of the wall . Called and asked staff for wash cloths said they were being washed went to the front desk later in the day lady wrote down the room number said they would take some up later never seen them . View of the bay was great pool was nice.”
