“The hotel staff were welcoming and approachable. the room was big clean and comfortable.”

“오래된 호텔이나 위치가 해리퍼드 중심에 위치해있으며 바로앞에 Queens arms라는 Bar는 밤새도록 노래가 흘러나온다. 근처에 큰 성당이 두개 있고 주변 레스토랑의 물가도 저렴하다. 호텔방은 넓지만 부대시설은 거의 없다는 단점이 있다.”

“Friendly and welcoming staff. Room and dining area both immaculate. Breakfast had a great selection. Great value for money. Only one small issue was the room was a little noisy. Would benefit from soundproofing as you can clearly hear floorboards creaking and people walking past the room at night. Not a massive issue though and we'd definitely stay again.”

“Beautiful place, with excellent staff. We were unluckily because they celebrate weddings and we arrive with a wedding on-going. The music was fine (not too loud) the guest were fine, normal noise for a wedding. The kids fron the wedding were under our window, playing shouting and screaming (normal for kids) but it was very late night and very early morninig so we did not have too much rest. We will come back but we will make sure is not a wedding day.”

“Room was very spacious. Bath was a bonus. Parking next door in NCP carpark was only £7.95 for 24 hours. Literally on Newport high street next to all the shops. Only one complaint, the breakfast could have been hotter ”

“Everything from the welcome of the staff, the room itself, very modern, clean and all that you need, a great view overlooking ‘The Port’ and breakfast the next morning. We’d definitely stay there again should we need an overnighter in Newport. Highly recommend.”

“It was a great place to stay, its something new and different, when i stayed me and wife were the only 2 people checked in, we meet the owner of the property got a tour around the place, the garden area needs a little TLC on the path ways but we didnt mine this it was nice, the owner is extremely happy nice lady she was upbeat and chatting each time she saw us made sure we were okay and check if we needed anything. The room we had was amazing it had a rustic style look ”

“Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect.”
