"I would never use this facility or luxury hotel ever and I would not recommend him. This day was awful. I think they even lost my reservation. I had to pay out of my pocket to get another room and still have to get a refund"

"The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable"

"Wonderful place. Very well run a and very professional. It is quite far from main tourist areas, also mostly local there. We enjoyed very much and found it to be very quiet and relaxing. It is a bit far from activities and grocery stores. The beaches are not very good for swimming, but the view of the property and the ocean are stunning. "

However; they should improve in things like bringing drinking water, toilet paper, taking care of trash in a timely manner; the wait time after we asked for a drinking water, and toilet paper and a pair of fresh towels was four hours…. What makes them get those necessities in such a long time? Also, they should continue being nice and polite after the customer said their firm “no” to...
