"The room was clean. There were a couple of things I didn't care for. Breakfast was not included, and there was no parking other than valet. In addition, I told the front desk that I wanted a do-not-disturb sign and didn't want anyone cleaning the room while I wasn't there. They said they would follow my wishes; however, when I got back from my conference, someone had cleaned the room while I wasn't there. Also, when you use Google Maps, it will take you to the hotel that is right across from Kimpton Santo Hotel, so be careful of that as well. The parking they did have close by was expensive. I used the parking at the Henry Gonzales Convention Center; it is the garage across from the convention center. Then I Ubered or used Waymo."
