"Everything was excellent, staff were very attentive and helpful. Place was easy to get to. The restaurant was amazing. My girls enjoyed the pool very much. The spa was wonderful. Everything was top notch. We were a family of five and rented the family suite. We all slept very comfortable. I will definitely come back."

"Many staff were not friendly while others were, could be a culture clash. Rooms were amazing and air cond. worked well. Gym is top of the line. Spa was ok, nothing extraordinary but for the rate it suffices. Breakfast is amazing! Pool hours are limited."

"The outdoor patio is absolutely lovely (day or night) and highly recommend it. The location is very convenient with easy walking distance to many dining options off property and quick car/taxi access to most of the things a visitor would want to see. But...rooms are very dated as was the onsite restaurant. I found the front desk staff to be rude and not at all accommodating. Overall, definitely not a 5-star experience but a reasonable 3-star option as long as you manage your expectations. That's just not what we wanted or what we paid for averaging over $400 per night in the off-season."

"Excellent 3 nights stay with my family, staff very helpful, the suite was 10/10, beautiful and spacious with a huge balcony, kids loved it, pool was perfect for the kids, breakfast was very accommodating.. only downside was lack of gluten free options for my wife.. overall the hotel is in the perfect location very central, and the hotel itself is very clean with welcoming staff! Would defo return there.. 10/10"
