"Card given to me at reception was someone else's room, we walked into a naked couple. Reception had to find another room. Booking off breakfast did not feed through from Expedia, definitely paid a premium which does not show on recipe. Do not book any extras like breakfast on Expedia even though breakfast offer is£12. It's not real and you won't be able to prove it."

"Stayed in room 159 stains on carpet, dust everywhere, windows didn’t open to allow air in. No ac was 30 degrees, TV didn’t work, room service food wasn’t nice and glass panel in shower was loose and moving meaning if it fell and your on the toilet it will land on you and to top it off for a 300 and something weekend away you would’ve thought the parking would be free but no."
