"Great experience with Hampton Inn South Haven as usual. They always have an excellent breakfast service. This time the elevator was shut down for service which would have been nice to know but Expedia did not tell us. Otherwise a great stay and we will be back!"

"Some amenities in the room did not work, like refrigerator and a lamp. Also saw sawdust in a closet since the property is so new. Everything felt like it was rushed together and not fully tested before renting out the room. The pool was not really heated nor did the room heating/cooling work very well. "
