"Our room was excellent! Clean, full size fridge, stove top, fridge, coffee maker and other kitchen supplies. Did have a noisey above neighbor with kid(s) but they were quiet by 8-9 each night. We went to Wonderland Cafe for coffee and pastries one morning & next went to Bears Brew. Both were excellent. Went to The Corral for dinner. Wasn’t so great. Our hotel had elf walking through each day. It was just a 5 mile drive from Mammoth Hot Springs but with all the twists & turns it took longer to get back & forth each day from Yellowstone to our hotel. Hotel rooms faced the mountains so everyone had a view. Each had own set of table & chairs to sit outside to take in the views."
"Clean rooms, everything working. Great area to overlook the river. Walking distance to restaurants and arch. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Easy access to Yellowstone"
"I guess the lack of federal funding has affected our national parks. The staff is lovely, but the food quality was definitely lacking (though expensive!). In general, for the price, this property needs an overhaul. It’s a beautiful, historic hotel, but as an iconic international destination, it’s a bit embarrassing that foreigners see this place … and the park in general as an example of American pride. We can do better!"
Ridgeline Hotel at Yellowstone, an Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Property was in a great location with views of the River. Rooms need some updating. It was extremely hot so it took hours for the room to cool down but was great after that. Staff gave great recommendations for lunch. "
