"I stayed at this resort for my birthday, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The staff were completely unhelpful when we raised concerns. We had booked three separate rooms, and all of them had issues—fridges weren’t working, the food was terrible, and the cleaning staff went through our belongings. Some personal items even went missing, including money. Overall, I would not recommend this resort due to the lack of professionalism and poor handling of guest concerns."

"Staff was very attentive. needed maintenance for our tub and took care of it right away. Activity pool staff was great. check in and check out was easy. It was a very busy spring break week and was a bit difficult to get the dinner reservations we wanted. "

"We had a lovely stay overall. The food was great and there were plenty of amenities to enjoy. The ice cream shop and coffee shop were definitely highlights — both were excellent and something we looked forward to every day. That said, the rooms did not meet our expectations. The bed was making broken, creaking noises, and the fan didn’t feel safe to turn on. The bathroom was quite old, and the shower area was very slippery, which made it unsafe, especially with kids. With some updates to the rooms, this place could be amazing, but for now it was a mix of great common areas and disappointing accommodations"

"The biggest issue was that the room refrigerator was an empty eye sore. There were only 3 soft drinks and 2 - 7 oz beers. If the resort is all inclusive why are we limited to only 5 small refrigerator drinks for my wife and I. "

"The service was exceptional at this resort. Everyone we came into contact with were so welcoming and friendly. Housecleaning arrived daily to refreshen the room, and the mini fridge was restocked daily. The entire property was spotless and well maintained. The only improvements we suggest would be the food and drinks. The Italian restaurant was terrible, and the steak restaurant was just so so. We’re typically not buffet people, but it was the only option that was palatable for us. The sushi restaurant was good. There’s really not much of a beach to speak of, but the close proximity to 5th street was extremely convenient to shop and dine at the 100 plus restaurants. This was overall a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation."
