"The staff was helpful. The location of this hotel is just perfect. Close to 2 stations and lots of restaurants and shopping. Room size was great too."
"The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Even though I didn’t speak the language, communication was easy, and I never had any difficulty making requests or asking questions. Everything I needed was provided promptly, with minimal wait time, making the experience smooth and enjoyable."
"I recommend Jojo at the concierge stand. It’s very nice very helpful. The front desk wasn’t so helpful. The Bell Grove was happy and nice the first day but then the next day they wouldn’t help me with anything. I don’t know why this is a huge resort owned by a huge company. It’s a lot like going to Disneyland. The food was decent downstairs, but the upstairs restaurant on the 32nd floor was absolutely amazing. The staff in the meal was one of the best I’ve ever had in my life and I’m 68. I’ve been to every five star restaurant in the world. I absolutely love that restaurant and the staff I highly recommend recommended."
"Didn’t like lighting system by over head. No closet space for long term we had to live by suit case everyday. Terrible for what you charge daily.
After you put suitcase by bed n barely waking space. Very small room."
"Overall was good.
Love the soundproofing.
Downside is that car cant stop right in front of the hotel as the road is closed at certain timing. Closest drop off point is around 5mins walk."
