โReally lovely hotel, the lady on reception was great- so welcoming and friendly. Room was perfect just for a small get away over night with a lovely restaurant and beer garden. โ
โWe were there for my nephewโs wedding in the Vineyard Hotel close by. It was a super place, very clean, room was excellent, nice big bathroom and quiet all round.โ
โWe found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called.
I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up.
Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. โ
โWe booked a room as part of a wedding party .wedding was at 2pm.
Check in is 4pm which is quite late ,we had to be in the orangery for 4pm so staff managed to check us in 3.40pm .Room was perfect, slept well,breakfast amazing. Food at the wedding of Becky and Mark was incredible. Our first visit here and we will definitely return and use the pool/spa as we didn't get chance to on this occasion.
Check out at 11am is good, no rushing around. Thankyou for a lovely stay โ

โComfortable bedding, beautiful view of the city and accessible shower was great for my arthritic knees as a chair was available.
Staff were helpful and looked after our luggage well.
Slight improvements could be made on the cleaning due to finding small stains on towels and shower curtain, but everything else including the bed was perfect.
Was very pleased to see a hotel that included eco friendly benefits and would love to see more of it in other hotels in the future!โ
โEverything about Mill Lodge was exceptional. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Special breakfast to die for. Great bed, ensuite, walks on the river and quaint town. You will love staying here.โ
โFrom check in to check out, it was a lovely birthday treat spa break for my husband a lovely experience, we had lunch, spa treatment, evening meal and overnight stay.
