โWe only stayed one night here, but it is handy to some of the best places to see in West Cornwall and also is a two-minute drive from a beautiful beach. Our apartment was basic, no-frills but clean and perfectly adequate for a family spending most of its time outside. Actually, even if we'd stayed in, the place would have been fine for hanging out. It also has laundry facilities downstairs.โ
โNice location in beautiful St Ives. Close to station, Porthminster Beach and a bustling harbour with lovely shops and restaurants. Very nice staff. Large, Comfortable room overlooking sea. Due to hotel only having a couple of parking spaces, the nearest car park was down a steep hill with lots of steps which would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.
Overall, an enjoyable stay. โ
โHayle is a great spot to base off to explore Cornwall. The provided parking was ideal and staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with a weak WiFi at night, but i was at one end of the building. Overall, a great experience. โ
โOnly stayed 1 night but would definitely stay again! The twin room was very nice, bathroom good and pretty quiet so a good night sleep. Bar and restaurant area very nice and the carvery was lovely and reasonably priced, staff helpful and polite. thank you โ
โThe room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention.โ
โVery clean and comfortable room. Excellent cooked to order full English breakfast with a variety of coffee, tea, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cereal bars to name a few. Very friendly staff. Bus stop for either direction only a few meters away.โ
โOur stay at Higher Trenear Farm was amazing.
We stayed in one of the Mongolian yurts, which was unlike any other accommodation we've experienced and really added to the charm โ it was the main reason we booked. The yurt was rustic yet very comfortable, perfect balance.
We loved being surrounded by farm animals and lush greenery โ it made the whole stay feel peaceful and special.
Hosts Kate and Terry were incredibly welcoming and kind. Weโd absolutely love to stay again!โ
