Respectuous, friendly and ready to help. The onsen was a great experience. We had a great time and highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff are top notch, and the hotel is right near the Hakone Yumoto line with multiple options for travel that use the Hakone Free Pass. There are many restaurants near. Bathroom was a little dated, but everything was immaculate. Would recommend. "
