"By far and away the best service I have ever received at a hotel, and I have traveled extensively. We had two different people greet us before even making it near the entrance, then a single person made sure we were guided and immediately attended to. We were graciously given a free upgrade and when the staff found out that we were here for a special event for the kids, they printed a letter to them and have a box of chocolates, which my kids can't stop talking about. The breakfast buffet was spectacular and absolutely worth the price. My husband still talks about how every other hotel on our trip was a letdown. 100% we would stay at The Shilla again the next time we are in Seoul."

"Construction next store was noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful! From the folks at the reception desk, to the house keeping lady on the 21st floor and especially the gentlemen at the concierge desk on the first floor, everyone provided outstanding customer service! The location was also ideal for walking to places. I would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to book them again on my return trips to Korea! "

"Imperial palace was our home for 2 weeks while we stayed in Seoul and I’m beyond happy with this choice. It was near the subway (Itaewon station) and was easy to get anywhere in the city from there. The nightlife on the weekends were lively but the party areas were far enough from the hotel that it didn’t disturb us. Very clean part of town and safe. Lots of shopping nearby with lots of restaurants at a walkable distance. The trail to hike up to the Namsan tower is close, as well. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept with swanky vibes and moody lighting. The staff was super accommodating and friendly! Would definitely stay here again! By mid trip, we started referring to it as “home”. "

"Love the convenient location with lots of stuff to do and easy subway access. We had a family suite that has a living room and bedroom with a king size bed and two bunk beds. Bathroom and shower/tub were spacious and clean. Highly recommended. "

"Love this hotel - staff are lovely and the rooms are generous… personally I prefer the higher floors and wouldn’t recommend lower than 10 (7 is not great by comparison, as an example)"

"Loved our stay at Fraser Place. The washing machine in the room was great as it meant we could pack less and have more luggage space to bring home snacks and souvenirs from Seoul. The location of the hotel was excellent. It’s within walking distance to Myeongdong and Namsan tower and right next to Namdaemun market. There are excellent transport links via buses and the subway. The hotel was clean and facilities were great. Staff were also really welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in Seoul! Thank you Fraser Place!"
