“Everyone”

“Great location very helpful and friendly staff great for a weekend break. Great dinner option and good very good quality freshly cooked.”

“We stayed in the Windsor suite with the jacuzzi outside and had a lovely stay. The staff were very polite and informative. The hotel is very scenic and has a view of the lake. The suite was very spacious and was very well equipped. The restaurant on site offered a wide variety of food to a very good standard. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely stay again.”

“The complimentary drink on arrival was a nice touch. Dinner was superb”

“Standard of accomadation clean and tidy, and a very fair price, all in all ideal for our one night stop over, proprietor servers a great pint of beer.”

“Sarah was amazing and so helpful! The chef went above and beyond to prepare a dinner for us late in the evening and his breakfast was delicious!”

“Always great easy walking to town centre. Local amenities. Stayed here a few times now. Only comment restaurant not open on a Monday evening and most local eateries are closed”

“Very nice traditional hotel, has a lot of character. The rooms are a tad dated but fit the atmosphere of the building. Really comfy beds and we had memory foam pillows on a big bed. It is also a restaurant but we didn't eat here, but it smells very nice. Would very much stay here again for the price”

“Room was bright and clean. Breakfast was fine. Location was good. Unfortunately there was an awful damp smell from the bathroom that permeated the whole bedroom. I was only there for a night so i didn't complain, but it's in need of some maintenance.”

“Wonderful relaxing stay. Always looked after very well. Delicious food.”
