What's worse is that the parking is described as "limited" and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. This creates a stressful situation, especially when you've rented a car to explore the island and rely on having a secure spot to park it at the end of the day.
For a hotel in a major tourist hub, the lack of guaranteed parking for guests is a serious issue. "We stayed for 10 days and this property was amazing in terms of customer service and the surrounding areas. The rooms are a little outdated and our bathroom door did not lock or close, but they did not bother us. We still had a wonderful time. Parking was a breeze due to the valet parking and they were always quick to get us our car. Highly recommend for those who are traveling to Waikiki and don’t mind a slightly older hotel. "
