"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very enjoyable. I would especially like to recognize the front desk team for their kindness and professionalism, and particularly Ladyfair, who was absolutely exceptional. She was incredibly warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. Her positive attitude, patience, and dedication to providing outstanding service truly made a difference and elevated the entire experience. It is very rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with such natural kindness and hospitality. I have honestly never experienced this level of hospitality at any hotel before- and I travel frequently around the world.
