"The room was very clean and the staff throughout the hotel were wonderful — reception, housekeeping, and maintenance were all friendly and professional.
My only complaint was the hallway noise insulation. I could barely hear the guests in neighboring rooms sharing a wall with me, which was great, but conversations from the hallway sounded surprisingly loud, almost as if people were inside the room. It wasn’t excessive or disruptive behavior from guests, just normal talking carrying very clearly into the room.
What makes it especially surprising is that the room layout includes a small entry hallway near the bathroom, so the bed is not directly against the corridor wall. Despite that, hallway noise still traveled quite noticeably.
Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent staff and cleanliness, but light sleepers may want to bring earplugs."
