"The hotel was wonderful and almost everything you'd expect from a Hampton. The reason I took two stars off for property condition and facilities was because the juice machine was down for our four day stay, so during breakfast, the only thing to drink was white milk. Also, the pool was closed because it needed maintenance, which is understandable from time to time, but I never once saw them working on it, and that made the closure more frustrating. "Friendly and helpful staff. Room and appliances were in good condition. Hallways and outside areas were clean with on-site security overnight. Location was convenient to the Keys and other attractions. We would stay again though I might bring a couple of extra towels of my own to supplement the two we got. Highly recommend."
