"Everything was great with the room and the hotel amenities. The only issue was we had no parking spot assigned and all the parking within the hotel property was taken and the area around the hotel did not appear safe. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Not only was the hotel dirty and not remodeled as stated, the pool had been shut down by the state. Rooms were falling apart, doors didn’t lock properly, fixtures were falling of the walls to the point you could see outside. Paint was peeling, sheets had holes burnt in them, and what they considered a courtyard was literally dirt and a cheap ass table and four chairs outside. But the icing on the cake was the adult video store located on the exact same property right in front of the hotel. When asked for a refund and cancel my reservation, we got the runaround, not only from the hotel but Expedia as well.."

"nice check-in staff quiet room on 8th floor very slow Wi-Fi in my room no shuttle to the next-door golf club (Santa Ana Golf Club) and only help was ‘call this number’ for a limo service. The sister golf club Twin Warriers Golf Club is 5 minutes away. I'm sure Uber drivers are not excited to drive 20 minutes outside of Albuquerque to have a 5-minute ($10) fare. far enough out of Albuquerque that Uber requests took long (at least 20-30min) 2 hours before leaving for my flight they would not allow me to use an empty business center since I had already checked out."
