“Our initial room had a moldy smell & the air conditioner wasn’t working in the bedroom. We booked a room that said it had a fireplace and a balcony which is had neither. The first staff ignored our complaints but the next day we encountered a helpful staff member ( I cant remember his name now but he was super) and we were moved to a room that was newer and had working air conditioning. We were very comfortable then. The hot tub was very nice also.”

“it is what it is. An old motel on the edge of freeway in an old part of town. Old and cheap (kind of like me) !”

“Pool was green not open. Toilet ran all night. Toilet seat was loose slid sideways. Shampoo container empty. Breakfast was apple, banana, yougurt coffee. Room next door loud and vulgar language arguing. Not a good night.”
