"A free underground ride (with an Oyster card) takes you from terminals 2,3,4,5 to Hatton Cross station, about 200 meters from the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet. No plane noise in the room "
"From checking in and throughout our 2 night stay the staff were so friendly and helpful. Gave transport options…don’t bother with the airport hopper bus service so easy to catch the bus just along from the hotel. The breakfast is great value with extensive choices and good coffee machines. Rooms clean and bed’s comfy. Would definitely stay here again "
