"My stay was short and everything was excellent except for the rudeness of the shuttle driver coming from airport. He started by driving past us at shuttle location, he never asked where we were going, he didnt want to help with my luggage even though he saw i had a orthopedic boot on, he dropped off airport staff at Hyatt House and when I said im at Hyatt place he stated its across street. When asked if he would take us over to the hotel he stated "I guess so." The front desk clerk was very professional."

"We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful—they always opened the car doors for us and assisted with our luggage. The housekeeping team did an excellent job; our room and bathroom were kept very clean every day. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and the water park, and the golf courses were a great feature. However, there were a couple of downsides. We wished there were more dining options, specifically a la carte choices for healthy meals and small snacks. Additionally, the path leading to the mall was closed due to construction on another building, and it wasn't made clear to us how to easily get there. Overall, it's a wonderful place for families, but a few improvements"

"We had a great stay at Pier Sixty-Six. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and everything felt new, clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The staff and amenities were excellent, and the entire property exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay again the next time we’re in Florida."
