“Lovely characterful property. Friendly staff and very polite, Room was good, huge bathroom and very clean, robes and towels supplied. We did use the pool which was lovely. There is nothing lift so be careful if a bit unsteady on your legs as lots of steps and stairs around.”

“Great place to stay. Well located in town & lovely staff. Food is also very good. There is no air conditioning in rooms which would be hot in summer, however they do have fans. Love this property.”

“The White Horse Inn is an attractive hotel in a convenient location, with the added benefit of ample free parking. Sadly, however, the hospitality did not match the charm of the property. Hotels of this kind usually stand out because of their warm, personal welcome. Here, the opposite was true. The reception was reserved and unwelcoming, and communication was kept to the bare minimum. “요금선결제를 하고 왔음에도 확인도 안하고 결제부터 하라는 불친절함! 옆방과 한방에 있는듯한 느낌! 방음이 전혀안됨!!!”

With the room being the main experience this was very disappointing and even after raising this to staff it wasn’t able to be fixed. I’m all about details especially for big celebrations and this...

“아주 친절했습니다”

“직원 친절, 식당 좋음, 객실 청소는 완벽하지는 않음”

“Great stay - convenient location just a short walk from the high st and attached to a fabulous restaurant. We stayed on the top floor - great room but a bit tricky for anyone who is less mobile or quite tall. Really great friendly service from the staff from start to finish.”
