Check out flexibility

Every thing was good . But check out time was a bit difficult as it is 10 o clock. We checked in very late and no compromise has been given to us as they wanted to clean. They kept calling for vacating the room. I understand the check in rules but I had a baby and elder mother. I was literally grabbing tiny things to the living room and was grooming myself in the lobby. Flexibility required for check out time or late check out fees option should be there.
