From the folks at the reception desk, to the house keeping lady on the 21st floor and especially the gentlemen at the concierge desk on the first floor, everyone provided outstanding customer service! "Love the convenient location with lots of stuff to do and easy subway access. We had a family suite that has a living room and bedroom with a king size bed and two bunk beds. Bathroom and shower/tub were spacious and clean. Highly recommended. "
