The sea view is lovely, but there’s no staff available after around 8 or 9 PM, which raises concerns about security. I believe hotel management could be improved. "We had an amazing time here. We went off season but the sky pool and indoor pool was open. You also get ticket to the theme park. On weekends there is a fireworks show that you can watch. Staff was amazing and always courteous. Highly recommend for families and will return again for our trip to Jeju."

"Stayed here on my last night in jeju after I did an early check out of the another hotel I was in for it not being clean. Not sure why I didn’t book the Grand Josun the whole time, would have made my trip a lot better. Hotel was beautiful and comfortable. I just hooked a standard room and the room size was nice and had everything I needed to be comfortable. Only thing was they charged for a sun-bed on the roof top even in the evening which I thought was a bit strange. And a little nickel and dimey. But besides that would stay again! "
